SMARTICS – Platform for Smart Monitoring of Open Industrial Spaces

This project aims to develop a technological platform for intelligent monitoring and management of open industrial spaces, introducing concepts of flexibility and adaptability applied to “smart” logistics and the evolution to the “factory of the future”, supported by the era of Industry 4.0 and IoT.

Using Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, combined with images collected by traditional CCTV systems in real-time, it will be possible to monitor various aspects of logistics and production processes to optimize and automate them.
